1. 崗位職責(zé):

1.Lead and develop the animal nutrition department (10-15 FTE) in China R&I, including from Principal Scientists to Lab Technicians.

2.Based on market and customer needs, and the frontier technologies in animal nutrition, manage and continuously enrich healthy R&I pipelines especially for the Specialties Feed Additives Business, and ensure the NPD milestones and deliveries, together with relevant internal partners such as Business Development Managers, Product Managers, Technical Services and Specialties Operations.
依據(jù)市場客戶需求，同時追蹤動物營養(yǎng)行業(yè)前沿技術(shù)，管理并持續(xù)確保特種品飼料添加劑業(yè)務(wù)中，有關(guān)新產(chǎn)品、新配方、新應(yīng)用技術(shù)等開發(fā)類項目管線的豐富與健康度，并同業(yè)務(wù)拓展市場經(jīng)理、產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理、技術(shù)支持經(jīng)理以及特種品運(yùn)營等相關(guān)職能，密切合作確保新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)等項目的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點達(dá)成、交付與上市。
3.Provide back-office and research-based supports to complex problems among pro-, on- and post-sales scenarios during initial promotion periods after product launches.
在新產(chǎn)品上市后推廣初期，提供售前、售中與售后提供相關(guān)復(fù)雜與研究性問題的后臺技術(shù)支持。
4.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, manufacturing, and quality control, to ensure that all products meet standards.
與跨職能團(tuán)隊協(xié)作，包括采購、生產(chǎn)和質(zhì)量控制，解決產(chǎn)品落地過程中的復(fù)雜技術(shù)問題。
5.Manage, operate and develop the animal nutrition platforms from in-vitro, ex-vivo, to in-vivo in R&I center. Manage animal trials and relevant testing institutes for R&I and product promotion activities. Design and implement experiments to evaluate the efficacy of different feed additives on animal growth, health, and production.
管理、運(yùn)行并發(fā)展研發(fā)中心包含體外、離體以及體內(nèi)測試等動物營養(yǎng)平臺。管理中國區(qū)相關(guān)研發(fā)以及產(chǎn)品推廣活動所需動物實驗的外部合作機(jī)構(gòu)機(jī)構(gòu)。組織設(shè)計并實施實驗來評估不同飼料添加劑對動物生長和健康的功效。
6.Review and track the state-of-the-art literatures and researches, and collaborate with external research partners and academic institutions, to ensure advanced and frontier understanding of animal nutrition and feed additive domains.

7.Ensure essential and sufficient key accounts visits and contacts, and so forth keep the up-to-date insights and understanding of customers and the feed industry.
確保必要且充足的大客戶拜訪與聯(lián)絡(luò)界面，時刻保持對于客戶與行業(yè)的最新理解和洞見。
8.Participate in the development of intellectual property strategies and assist with patent applications and filings
參與制定知識產(chǎn)權(quán)戰(zhàn)略，協(xié)助專利申請和備案工作。
9.Ensure that my work activities comply with the company\'s labor discipline /HSE regulations

1. Doctor or above degree is preferred, major in Animal Nutrition, Animal Veterinary, Biology or related，with >5yr experience
優(yōu)先考慮博士及以上學(xué)歷，動物營養(yǎng)學(xué)、動物獸醫(yī)學(xué)、生物學(xué)或相關(guān)專業(yè)，5年以上工作經(jīng)驗
2. Strong knowledge of animal physiology, nutrition, and feed formulation

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
